Shaving, deodorants and exposure to sunlight can cause the formation of dark spots on the skin, especially on the neck, thighs and underarms.
Instead of using the chemical products with harmful substances, it is better to use these simple natural remedies.
The first recipe:
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 tablespoon of baking soda
-1 tablespoon of sea salt
All these ingredients in a plastic bowl, mix until a smooth cream. Apply the dark spots, leave for 20 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Mix these ingredients in a bowl, apply to the areas about 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Note: Avoid exposure to the sun without protection and, of course, never apply olive oil and then they sunbathe.
These treatments are doing three times a week, you can use coconut oil, and of course eat foods rich in vitamin E (found mostly in nuts).
