If you want to get the results of this diet, you should follow all the tips that we are going to give you today for all the 3 days.

You should be dedicated to this diet for 3 days and you will get the desired results. After those 3 days, for the next 4 days you should have normal diet and after that you can repeat the same procedure again. It is important to exercise when you are on this diet.

For the first day for breakfast you should have 1 cup of tea with caffeine or coffee, ½ grapefruit, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1 slice of toast (it is recommended whole wheat). For lunch you should have another cup of coffee or tea with caffeine, ½ cup of tuna and 1 slice of toast (recommended whole wheat as you already know). For dinner you should have 1cup of vanilla ice-cream, 3 ounces of any meat, ½ banana, 1 cup of green beans and 1 small apple.

For the second day you for breakfast you should have ½ banana, 1 egg, 1 slice of toast. For lunch you should have 5 saltine crackers, 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 hardboiled egg. For dinner you should have ½ cup of vanilla ice-cream, ½ cup of carrots, ½ banana, 1 cup of broccoli and 2 hot dogs without bun.

For the third and last day for breakfast you should have 1 small apple, 5 saltine crackers and 1 slice of cheddar cheese. For lunch you should have 1 slice of toast and 1 hardboiled egg. For dinner you should have 1 cup of vanilla ice-cream, ½ banana and 1 cup of tuna.
